Speaking of the
subsidiary company of a telephone operator dedicated to the marketing of
services worked out starting from new Internet technologies, whose results did
not match expectations, on request of the general manager of the operator,
Storqua consultants met the whole the management of the subsidiary company, a
sample representative of the collaborators of the various services. The talks
revealed the persistence of the cultural shock between the populations of the

On request of
the services general manager of the French subsidiary company of an
international computer manufacturer who noted the degradation of the
satisfaction of his customers, the Storqua consultants met the people within
the organization, as well as a representative sample of the partners to
which some services were sub-contracted. The mission made it possible to
highlight the brittleness of the organization, particularly on the
level of the inventory control of spare parts and the insufficiency of the
communication system making it possible to exchange with the partners
