Service consists in checking the adequacy of the organization of an economic unit to its objectives. It is founded on the implementation inside the company of the same methodology of mirror audit used successfully outside. Eye to eye meetings with the top and middle management and  of the targeted unit and  with a representative sample  of the personnel, without excluding the supposed leaders of opinion make it possible to join together qualitative elements of evaluation of the organizations and men and the quality of operation:

Capacity of listening

A vast majority of the personnel of the organizations are professionals very implied in the life of their company. They do not have time nor opportunity to give their opinion in all independence on the quality of the operation whereas they are with the first cabins. Their hierarchies are not always the best interlocutors to collect critical and suggestions. Storqua consultants have great experience of constructive talks, supported by adapted scenarios. Their independence of the organizations guarantees the accuracy of their interpretation.

Experience in management

Storqua consultants are all of the seniors with a proven experience in management, for a
majority of them in various companies often in very different cultural contexts.

Rigour of the methodology

The interview guides used by Storqua consultants help them to carry out an exhaustive review of the various aspects of reality and felt functions of the questioned people. The restitution of such talks in the form of individual reports of 4 pages maximum classified by topics is precise and does not leave place with interpretations.

Achievements

Atmosphere, atmosphere

Speaking of the subsidiary company of a telephone operator dedicated to the marketing of services worked out starting from new Internet technologies, whose results did not match expectations, on request of the general manager of the operator, Storqua consultants met the whole the management of the subsidiary company, a sample representative of the collaborators of the various services. The talks revealed the persistence of the cultural shock between the populations of the 2 organizations from which the subsidiary company had been formed, contrary to the perception of the headquarters, and that the management of the subsidiary company did not contribute to calm the situation. Drastic decisions were made.

Civilizations

In order to ensure themselves of the success of the takeover of a foreign telephone operator, and to prepare the composition of the future board of directors, the general manager of a multinational group asked Storqua consultants  to meet within 2 weeks the 35 top managers of the targeted operator. Not only the mission made it possible to confirm the good reception reserved by the people questioned with the new shareholder, to establish the profile of those and to measure their adequacy at their stations and to recommend the best probable composition of the board of directors as well as an optimization of the organization, but they highlighted potential shelves that the pool of international auditors  in charge of due diligences had underestimated and allowed to prevent them.

Service included

On request of the services general manager of the French subsidiary company of an international computer manufacturer who noted the degradation of the satisfaction of his customers, the Storqua consultants met the people within the organization, as well as a representative sample  of the partners to which some services were sub-contracted. The mission made it possible to highlight the brittleness of the organization, particularly on the level of the inventory control of spare parts and the insufficiency of the communication system making it possible to exchange with the partners information relating to the opened tickets of  incidents.
