On request of the administrative and financial director of a telecommunication operator offering high speed Internet services who did not understand why the progression of the incomes did not follow proportionally that of the booked orders, Storqua consultants checked the relevance of the sequence of the technical and administrative processes of deployment of the high speed offerings. The analysis highlighted the imperative need for a greater vigilance to the contributions for external partners, suppliers of materials or services, with the regard of which requirements of date completion were not or badly specified and in any case not sanctioned.
